BIOGRAPHY
Donald S. Zondervan is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Blue Vikings Capital LLC and a seasoned real estate investor with over 30 years of experience. Don holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. At Blue Vikings, Don oversees the Blue Vikings Income Fund, leveraging his expertise in business management, operations, and real estate financing to drive the fund's success.
Don worked his way up the corporate ladder at Hertz rent-a-car, becoming one of their top operations managers. Following his tenure at Hertz, he started and managed several successful businesses. He currently owns two Massage Envy clinics in Central Florida, generating multiple millions in revenue and employing 75 staff members.
Don has purchased, renovated, managed, and resold millions of dollars’ worth of real estate. He also worked as a real estate loan originator.
